68. Eating healthy on a budget
Contrary to popular belief, healthy food does NOT have to be more expensive.
Sure, at first glance it totally can be. But as a newly graduated young adult, struggling to make rent each month, who was stubborn about the quality of food she ate, I've learned a bunch of ways to keep the grocery bill down without compromising on health.
π In this episode, I'm giving you 5 of the top ways I still use myself to eat healthy on a budget so you can stay consistent with healthy eating!
**for context: these strategies help me make roughly 22 meals/week on a $80-$100/week grocery budget. That's averaging $4.50 per meal or LESS of all real food (meat + vegetables + carbs). Take that, happy meals π
