I don't know about you, but I *despise* meal prepping that takes an entire day...
I mean, my day off should be for relaxing! Not for slaving away in the kitchen.

😰 However, NOT prepping meals for the busy work week is a recipe for convenience food and impulsive choices, which we both know aren't serving our bigger health and body goals.
